Job summary

Brewers Distributor Ltd in Calgary is seeking an Operations Administrator for a full-time 12-month contract, primarily dayshift with availability for evenings and weekends. You will support daily operations, manage paperwork, and ensure efficient logistics processes.

The role requires strong data-entry, documentation, MS Office skills, and customer service. SAP/ERP familiarity and dispatch/warehouse experience are advantageous, with a salary range of CAD per hour and benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferable SAP and/or ERP systems experience with BPM software.
  • Dispatch or warehouse experience would be preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Daily reporting and verification/compilation of paperwork.
  • Support operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Direct contact with internal/external customers or third-party carriers.
  • Schedule inbound and outbound load appointments with flexibility.
  • Investigate and complete customer credit requests.
  • Build load manifests.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

The Role

We are currently searching for an Operations Administrator, reporting to the Assistant Manager, Operations. This is a full-time, 12-month contract opportunity. Candidates will primarily work dayshift but must be available for evenings and weekends as well. The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks that support the overall logistics efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
  • Preferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERP systems experience using business process management software
  • Experience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferable
Skills
  • Exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy
  • Proven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Compensation
