Job summary

Brewers Distributor Ltd. is seeking an Operations Administrator to support daily warehouse and logistics tasks at the Winnipeg Distribution Centre. The role is full-time and permanent, reporting to the Supervisor, Operations, with a focus on accuracy and timely documentation.

You will manage daily reporting, support the operations team, interact with customers and carriers, and contribute to inventory activities while maintaining high service levels and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.
  • Experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily reports and verify/compile paperwork.
  • Support operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate effectively with internal/external customers and third-party carriers.

The Role

We are currently searching for an Operations Administrator reporting to the Supervisor, Operations. This vacancy is a Full-Time Permanent opportunity. The Operations Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations and administrative tasks that support the overall logistics efficiency.

Location

Onsite at the Winnipeg Distribution Centre.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Daily reporting and ongoing verification/compilation of paperwork
  • Support operations working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Effective communication and customer service skills as this position requires direct contact with internal and external customers or third-party carriers
  • Investigate and complete customer credit requests
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly inventory activities
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience
  • Preferable experience with SAP, and/or similar ERP systems experience using business process management software
  • Experience working within a dispatch or warehouse environment would be preferable
Skills
  • Exceptional data-entry speed and accuracy
  • Ability to problem solve and take ownership in your responsibilities
  • Proven ability to produce accurate, efficient and timely documentation
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Compensation

Salary range? Yup, we’ve got one: $39,600 - $59,400 CAD per year. But here’s the real deal - if you’re the perfect brew of experience, skills, and personality, we’re open to exploring beyond the range. Tell us what you’re working with, and let’s pour over it together.
