Job summary

The Beer Store in Ottawa is seeking a Warehouse Office Clerk for our Logistics Division. This part-time permanent position is based at the Ottawa Distribution Centre and reports to the Supervisor, Operations.

The role works in a 24/7 operation with shifts around the clock, handling invoicing, reconciliation, and general clerical duties. You will reconcile customer delivery invoices, audit reconciliations, answer calls, file confidential items, and support inventory and office tasks using SAP and

Qualifications

• Completion of High School and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Post secondary education considered an asset.
• SAP experience is considered an asset.
• Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Must be a team player who can interact with staff at all levels of the Distribution Centre.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• A pleasant and professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of customer delivery invoices including processing payments.
• Auditing of customer reconciliation.
• Timely handling of customer concerns through the ticket management system.
• Preparing adjustments to customers accounts.
• Accurate filing of confidential items.
• Answering incoming calls.
• Any other job related to inventory and clerical duties.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

The Role

We are currently searching for a Warehouse Office Clerk, Logistics Division. This Part-time Permanent position is based at the Ottawa Distribution Centre and reports directly to the Supervisor, Operations. This is a 24/7 operation with shifts around the clock.

What You'll Be Doing

Compensation

Starting wage is $21.97/hour with shift premiums and wage increases as per the collective agreement.
