Job summary

Colliers Project Leaders in Canada is seeking a Move & Change Manager to lead operational readiness, transition planning and move management for diverse facilities nationwide. You will coordinate user groups, document requirements, and ensure safe, cost‑effective occupancy aligned with client strategy.

The role spans healthcare, post‑secondary, corporate offices, etc., and involves collaboration with contractors, clients and consultants to deliver day‑one operational success while upholding

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years planning and implementing change management initiatives and/or executing moves for clients.
• Experience leading change and project management initiatives within interdisciplinary teams.
• Healthcare facility experience is an asset.
• Proactive with a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, achieve results and advance work plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project requirements through User Group meetings, scheduling of project activities, and developing transition schedules.
• Interact with consultant teams in the development and coordination of project documentation and project implementation requirements.
• Develop project documentation, tender and procurement documents for movers and other resources as required.
• Use MS Project, Excel, Word, Adobe to prepare spreadsheets, databases and documents.
• Lead the review of standard Client programs and policies.
• Develop strong client relationships and act as Team’s representative and the client’s single point of contact.
