Colliers Project Leaders is seeking a skilled professional to lead operational readiness, transition planning and move management for diverse facilities nationwide. You will coordinate user groups, mobilize project teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget occupancy for clients in healthcare, post-secondary, and corporate sectors.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, practical scheduling, risk mitigation, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience planning and implementing change management or moves for clients.
• Experience leading change and project management initiatives within interdisciplinary teams.
• University degree or diploma in Architectural Technology, Interior Design or Business Administration.
• PMP and Lean Green Belt certification is an asset.
• Proactive with ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, achieve results and advance work plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate user group meetings and schedule project activities; develop operational readiness and transition schedules.
• Interact with consultant teams for project documentation and implementation requirements.
• Develop documentation, tender and procurement documents for movers and other resources.
• Use MS Office, Adobe, MS Project to prepare spreadsheets, databases and documents.
• Lead review of client programs and policies.
• Develop strong client relationships and serve as the client’s single contact.
• Support development of an operational readiness plan for day-one operations.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and strategies for government projects.
• Lead and coordinate project teams; identify challenges and mitigate risks.
• Work on multiple facilities moves; attend on-site moves and manage resources.
• Create standardized documentation for proposals, interviews, project execution, and close-out.
• Assist with scope narratives and pricing for proposals.
