Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills are required.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate to build successful relationships.
• Ability to effectively work in teams with multiple stakeholders and to influence others.
• Excellent analytical skills in assessing risk and issues; willingness to challenge status quo.
• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma and process optimization fundamentals is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to refinement of the Business Banking Operations Strategy and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Support delivery of strategy enablers required to mature the Business Banking Operations.
• Work with leaders to establish and update team overview homepages.
• Participate in process improvement conversations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Support a fair, positive, and equitable environment for a diverse workforce.
