Job summary

TD Securities, a division of TD, is offering an Internship/Co-op in Corporate Banking based in Toronto for the Summer term. You will work on credit structuring, client presentations, and cross-functional collaboration with IB and other product groups.

Responsibilities

• Involved with structuring of new credit, preparation of client presentations, and support for related credit applications and transaction development.
• Conduct market, industry and client research and risk analysis to support credit development and submissions.
• Review and comment on credit facility term sheets and help complete client presentations on time.
• Prepare and recommend credit submissions, including annual and interim client reviews.
• Collaborate with Investment Banking and other product groups to identify and develop cross-sell opportunities.
