Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. is seeking an Operational Excellence Analyst in Regina, SK to develop and implement the corporate operational excellence strategy with a focus on employee engagement and culture change.

The role supports the program office, leads cross-functional ideation, and drives KPI monitoring and improvement initiatives across the unit. The ideal candidate has a engineering degree, 3–5 years in heavy manufacturing, lean tools experience, and familiarity with Six Sigma and A3

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
  • Lean tools training and experience preferred.
  • Experience in Six Sigma (Black Belt) preferred.
  • Experience with value stream mapping and A3 processes.
  • Strong communication and data-driven problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ideation sessions with cross-functional teams and track initiative progress and financial impact for unit.
  • Analyze data and monitor performance KPIs with units daily.
  • Identify and develop operational change advocates and establish strong communication across unit.
  • Support program office activities and execute tasks assigned by the program office manager.
  • Identify, quantify and execute operational excellence activities across unit.
  • Lead training, coaching and mentoring sessions with shop personnel.
  • Support all operational excellence activities through all project phases.
  • Improve employee engagement and collaborate with operators to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to enable operational excellence.

In this role the successful candidate will support all activities assigned to the program office at a deployed unit. Successful candidates for the Operational Excellence Analyst role will have previous industrial experience in operations, quality assurance, or continuous improvement.
