Qualifications include a BASc in Engineering, 5+ years in industrial manufacturing, experience with CBM/PdM and RCFA, proficiency with Oracle eAM 12.2, and strong communication. P.Eng is an asset.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Asset Management Plan with risk and operating plans.

• Identify cost reductions through asset life improvements.

This position offers the unique opportunity to drive innovation by developing and implementing maintenance strategies that ensure optimal equipment performance.* Develop, monitor and continuously improve an Asset Management Plan that includes a Risk Management Plan to identify and control risks, an Asset Operating Plan that standardizes processes and procedures for proper operation and an Asset Maintenance Plan to optimize predictive and preventive maintenance programs for all assets* Accountable for the deployment, development, enhancement, support and maintenance of all Oracle eAM 12.2 Master Data which resides within the Oracle Database* Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations.
