Job description

Report monthly and quarterly KPI and prepare monthly review deck.

Subject matter expert for innovation and dashboard creation to support site GM/OM.

Assist operation in training, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

Act as super user for customer SAP, participating in testing for new development.

Document new processes related to operations system.

Assist site operation in layout design. Optimize slotting to improve service level, reduce costs, and enhance operations.

Design, develop, and implement data gathering and reporting methods and procedures for operations.

In this dynamic role, you'll be involved in all operating activities, including customer demand/volume planning, warehouse productivity, labor efficiency, and more. Responsibilities include auditing vendor payables, providing accurate hourly activity reporting, and supporting managers and supervisors with analysis.

Success in this role requires being a problem solver, strategic thinker, and expert in financial and operational analysis. You should be comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for:

• Audit vendor payables for accuracy and ensure approvals before payment.
• Execute daily customer/vendor contract requirements, identify accessorial activities, and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations and HR departments, providing support as needed.
• Support Kronos application setup for accurate hourly activity reporting.
• Interact with managers and supervisors to provide analytical support.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Commercial Finance departments.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to operations personnel.
• Prepare month-end close accruals and reclassify journal entries.
• Assist with accounts receivable processing, collections, revenue reporting, and accounts payable processing.
• Reconcile purchase orders to support expense recognition.
• Prepare daily and weekly labor analysis reports.
• Participate in collecting performance measurements per customer, vendor, and site requirements.
• Own balance sheet account reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Business or relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in Accounting or Financial Reporting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
