ABOUT THE ROLE :
Health Standards Organization (HSO) is seeking an Operation Lead to join our Operations Excellence team. The Operation Excellence team plays an integral role in supporting the Client and Assessment Services business unit by overseeing business unit operations, implementing new products, standardizing delivery processes, monitoring performance and quality, and providing oversight of the Leading Practices Program.
Reporting to the Program Manager, Operation Excellence, the Operation Lead will lead and contribute to various projects, product launches and process improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with Client Engagement Teams, Digital Services, Product Managers for the assessment programs and other enterprise teams.
