Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a real estate brokerage in Ontario.
Experience drafting Agreements using SkySlope.
Experience in broker loading listings on TRREB MLS.
Familiarity with BrokerBay or similar systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Experience using Canva and CapCut is an asset.
Responsibilities
Draft Agreements and transaction documents using SkySlope.
Broker load listings and maintain MLS listing data.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist agents, clients, and visitors.
Maintain organized digital and physical deal files.
Monitor transaction timelines and ensure documentation is complete.
Assist agents with listing documentation and compliance requirements.
Coordinate appointments, including showings and inspections.
Manage brokerage social media accounts.
Produce marketing materials using Canva.
Assist with video editing using CapCut.
