Job summary

Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals Canada is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive growth across Ontario. You will work with concrete producers, contractors, and specifiers to grow the Chryso and Interstar portfolio and provide on-site and laboratory technical support.

You will coordinate sales activities, manage dispenser issues and calibrations, and collaborate with regional teams to maximize opportunities across the product line.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical sales or related construction role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM and account planning is desirable.
• Ability to travel up to 75% and cover Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans and growth actions.
• Set and track sales targets with CRM-based follow-up.
• Provide solutions aligned with volume, mix and profitability goals.
• Monitor competitor activity and respond appropriately.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure service needs are met.
• Network via industry events and committee work.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics to serve customers.
• Identify bottlenecks in service delivery and resolve issues.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and specialists.
• Participate in sales promotions, training, and customer meetings.
