Job summary

Navien Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Eastern Canada, based in Ontario, to lead regional sales initiatives and build strong relationships with distributors and customers.

You will deliver high-impact product training, manage manufacturer's reps, and drive growth across residential and commercial markets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales/management, strong leadership, and the ability to present at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in sales and management, preferably industry related.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for executive level presentations.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional sales budgets and goals through leadership.
• Conduct ongoing product training for outlets/distributors and staff.
• Monitor field sales reports, analyze results, and take corrective actions.
• Develop new business opportunities in residential and commercial sectors.
• Lead and manage manufacturer’s representatives to execute regional strategies.
• Maintain positive relationships with distributors and outlets.
• Resolve customer issues and assist with technical service as needed.
• Assist in recruitment of manufacturer’s reps.
• Support growing business demands in a changing environment.
• Participate in local marketing projects as requested.
• Travel up to 50% with most travel local.
