Job summary

Allstate Canada Group is seeking a Claim Advisor ADR, Accident Benefits to join our Ontario team. You will handle complex first-party injury claims, interpret policy wording, set reserves, and negotiate settlements by phone or in writing.

Reporting to the Casualty Claims Complex AB Manager, you will collaborate with claimants, vendors, medical professionals and lawyers to resolve claims while maintaining documentation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interpret policy wording, determine coverages and set reserves on Accident Benefit claims.
• Investigate, negotiate and settle complex first party injury claims by telephone, in person or written correspondence.
• Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with claimants, vendors, medical professionals and lawyers to resolve claims.
