Job summary

Cryopak Industries in Montreal, QC is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst & Planning Lead to optimize material availability, planning parameters and production scheduling. The role combines hands-on MRP, materials planning and analytics to improve efficiencies across the organization.

The ideal candidate will manage ERP/MRP processes, develop dashboards with Excel and Power BI, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery and inventory health in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Hands-on manufacturing planning experience with MRP/materials planning and scheduling.
• Experience in ERP/MRP environment and ongoing process improvements.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.
• Bilingual English and French required for collaboration in Quebec and France.

Responsibilities

• Lead MRP, materials planning and production scheduling activities.
• Maintain ERP/MRP planning parameters and address shortages.
• Develop production schedules based on priorities and constraints.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production and Logistics teams.
• Analyze inventory and KPI metrics to drive improvements.
• Support BOM accuracy and planning parameters within ERP.
• Create Power BI dashboards and operational reports.
