Job summary

CRH Canada is seeking a Production Planner / Buyer in Candiac, QC. You will coordinate raw materials and resale products, develop the Master Production Schedule, and align production with customer orders and forecasts. Strong ERP and Excel skills are essential.

The role involves end-to-end planning, collaboration with Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics, and ensuring inventory targets are met while maintaining quality and on-time delivery. 39-hour work week with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Professional certifications CSCP or CPIM or procurement certs from ACGA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing planning role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on forecasts and capacity.
• Create production plans aligned with inventory levels and sales forecasts.
• Ensure on-time manufacturing and adherence to quality standards.
• Calculate safety stock and reorder points; manage KPIs on inventory.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales and Logistics to meet delivery targets.
