Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis within manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems, materials planning, and production scheduling.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
• Bilingual English and French required due to collaboration with Quebec and France teams.

• Translate operational needs into actionable system or process changes.
• Lead daily and long-term planning activities using ERP/MRP systems.
• Maintain planning parameters like lead times, safety stock, reorder points, and BOM accuracy.
• Coordinate material availability to support production and customer demand.
• Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with capacity and priorities.
• Monitor and resolve planning exceptions, shortages, and supply risks.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, logistics, and engineering teams.
• Analyze demand trends, inventory levels, and supply chain risks.

Cryopak is seeking a Business Analyst & Planning Leadto support and optimize planning activities related to MRP, materials management, and production scheduling. This role combines analytical expertise with hands-on planning responsibilities and leadership in training and developing new team members.

You will ensure accurate material availability, efficient production scheduling, and continuous improvement of planning processes across the organization.
