Qualifications

• 2+ years in purchasing, procurement, inventory, or admin work.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong Excel skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process purchase requests and service requisitions.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and compare pricing and lead times.
• Coordinate with vendors on orders, delivery schedules and product availability.
• Expedite critical orders and monitor open purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor files.
• Collaborate with warehouse and inventory staff to ensure proper receipt and charging of materials.
• Prepare purchasing reports and provide status updates to site leadership.
