Reporting to the Superintendent, Supply Chain Management, the Procurement Coordinator (Temporary) supports the Procurement and Warehouse functions through supplier performance management, contract administration, supplier risk management, systems support, training coordination, procurement activities and process improvement initiatives. The role serves as a key liaison between suppliers, warehouse operations, procurement personnel, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable supply, effective contract performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement of supply chain processes..
To be successful, we are looking for someone with a combination of commercial, systems, warehousing and technical education/experience whopossessesexcellent organization, analytics, timemanagementand problem-solving skills. Additionally, this preferred candidate must excel at building positive relationships with various stakeholders (internal and external) and be able to develop and support system improvements, commercial strategies and to reduce potential risk to the Trail Operations.
Pay Range: CAD $95,000 - $118,000 per year
The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
