Job summary

Adecco is seeking an outbound sales representative for an on-site role in Cambridge, ON. You will contact prospective clients, qualify leads, and book appointments for the sales team, with a strong emphasis on hitting daily/weekly targets in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to make 120+ outbound calls daily.
• Able to schedule 25 qualified appointments weekly.
• Strong communication, active listening and objection handling.
• Self-motivated, dependable and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• On-site work in Cambridge, ON, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 120 outbound calls per day.
• Schedule a minimum of 25 qualified appointments per week.
• Follow established call scripts while maintaining a natural, professional conversation.
• Build rapport with prospects and identify customer needs.
• Address objections and secure appointments with confidence.
• Document call activity, results and appointments accurately.
• Maintain records using company systems and CRM tools.
• Meet and exceed performance targets in a high-volume environment.
• Contribute to a positive, results-driven team culture.
