Job summary

Arrow Workforce Solutions in Montreal, QC is seeking an Onsite Manager to support operations at one of our client locations. This permanent, full-time role offers a dynamic environment and a hands-on leadership position within a fast-paced setting.

You will supervise teams, manage attendance, communicate in English and French, conduct screening and onboarding, and ensure smooth site operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual, organized, reliable, and capable of quick, calm decision-making

Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Onsite Manager to support operations at one of our key client locations in Montreal. This is a permanent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams while ensuring operational excellence.

Location

Montreal-Nord, QC

Salary

$50,000 - $55,000 per year

Schedule

11 AM to 11 PM

• 12-hour shifts (PM availability required)
• Alternating schedule of 3 and 4 days per week
• Candidates must be flexible and available to support operational requirements outside of regular working hours when needed

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor workforce levels and maintain accurate attendance records
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client site and internal teams
• Communicate effectively in both English and French with employees, management, and stakeholders
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation activities
• Drive employee engagement and ensure attendance expectations are met
• Anticipate staffing and operational challenges and proactively implement solutionsProvide timely updates regarding site developments, workforce concerns, and operational requirements
• Support employees and client representatives with professionalism and courtesy at all times
• Maintain ongoing oversight of site operations and respond promptly to urgent issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and French (Spoken, written and verbal)
• Minimum supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, staffing, or similar environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Must have reliable transportation
• Comfortable working extended shifts and responding quickly to operational emergencies when required
• Ability to build positive relationships with employees and client representatives
