Job summary
Basecamp Resorts & Everwild is seeking an IT Systems & Support Specialist to provide hands-on, on-site technical support across Calgary and Canmore offices and properties. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and security governance, with responsibility for device lifecycle, onboarding, and end-user support.

Qualifications
- 4+ years of IT support, systems support, or IT operations experience.
- Hands-on Windows desktop and endpoint troubleshooting.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 in a business environment.
- Experience with Intune (MDM) and device life cycle management.
- Familiarity with Azure AD and security posture concepts.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day desktop and laptop troubleshooting for Windows systems.
- Manage Microsoft 365 users, licensing, and services.
- Support Intune enrollment, policies, and compliance.
- Implement endpoint security policies and data governance.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
- Deliver in-person and remote IT support across multi-site properties.
- Help improve IT processes and standardization.
