Job summary

Morrison Homes in Calgary, AB is seeking a Desktop/Network Support specialist to maintain desktops, support network operations, and troubleshoot issues. You will ensure employees have the tools they need to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

The role requires 1–5 years IT support, 3+ years Microsoft 365 administration, and experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, SharePoint Online, and Intune. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 1–5 years of hands-on IT support or help desk experience.
• 3+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD, SharePoint Online and Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS.
