Job summary

Bloom Recruitment is recruiting for a local MSP based in Port Coquitlam, built by techs for techs. You will provide hands-on IT support with weekly travel to client sites across Greater Vancouver, handling a mix of remote and onsite tasks in a dynamic environment.

The role is permanent, Monday–Friday, with strong growth, excellent work-life balance, and a compensation package including profit sharing, benefits and other perks.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 and common peripherals.
• Methodical troubleshooting with clear documentation habits.
• Valid BC driver licence and ability to travel regularly across Vancouver.

Responsibilities

• Answer support requests by phone, email and portal; assess impact and urgency.
• Resolve Windows/Microsoft 365, account, printer, VPN and connectivity issues.
• Update HaloPSA with user, asset, issue details and resolution status.
• Provide client updates and own the work through to resolution or handoff.
• Coordinate warranty claims, replacements and vendor support.
