Computershare is seeking a Site Support Technician in Toronto, ON for an on-site role at the Downtown Toronto office with some travel to Richmond Hill. Typical hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a focus on reliable hardware, software, and connectivity support.

The role emphasizes on-site IT delivery, asset management, and collaboration with Global Tech Support teams. Strong Windows, AD and networking knowledge, plus excellent communication, are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience supporting Windows environments and AD/AAD/Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Willingness to travel to Richmond Hill occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring timely resolution within agreed service levels.
• Maintain effective communication with internal customers and technology teams regarding incidents and requests.
• Support the development of the Global Tech Support Team through guidance and best practice sharing.
• Deliver on-site IT support, equipment management, asset control, and workspace maintenance.
• Support IT projects and collaborate with 2nd and 3rd Line Support teams.
