Kane Veterinary Supplies in Cambridge, Ontario is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary onsite IT support contact for its Cambridge location. This role provides hands-on support for office and warehouse employees, maintains end-user equipment and local network infrastructure, and assists with business systems including AIMS ERP and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Diploma in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years desktop support, help desk, or similar hands-on IT.
• Proficient with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, AD, VPN, and Remote Desktop.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first- and second-level onsite support for staff and coordinate escalations with the IT team.
• Configure and maintain user accounts, AD groups, and access permissions.
• Manage on-site hardware setup, including PCs, printers, scanners, and network devices.
• Troubleshoot network, VPN, and desktop connectivity issues and document resolutions.
• Support ERP/WMS applications and IT operations on-site at Cambridge.
