Job summary

Alberta Health Services is seeking an IT Customer Support II to deliver advanced technical assistance for computing devices, printers, peripherals and deskside applications across Alberta. This onsite role emphasizes hands-on support with some remote resolution where possible.

You will escalate complex problems to senior staff or specialist teams, participate in solution implementations, and support the Technical/Customer Support Services unit at Quarry Crossing.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Computer Support certificate or equivalent.
• Experience with desktop hardware, applications, and peripherals.
• Strong knowledge of PC software and Windows operating systems.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for computing devices and peripherals to users.
• Investigate complex issues and escalate to senior staff or specialized teams as needed.
• Assist in implementing solutions and participating in deployments.
