Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to clients and manage issues per SLA to optimize satisfaction.
- Repair and maintenance on large-scale production equipment using specialized training.
- Perform diagnostics, software loads, installation/removal, and remote resolution.
- Serve as primary customer contact and manage equipment inventories.
