Qualifications

• Certifications relevant to the role are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to clients and manage calls per SLA to ensure satisfaction.
• Repair and maintain large-scale production equipment using electromechanical expertise.
• Perform diagnostics, software loads, installation, and remote resolution tasks.
• Be the primary customer contact for maintenance, inventory, and service quality.
• Share policies and best practices with team members to improve repairs.
