Recruiting in Motion is seeking a Customer Support & Ecommerce Specialist for a full-time, permanent onsite role in Metro Vancouver. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate orders, support ecommerce operations, and assist with administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with experience in customer service, ecommerce, and related software. Onsite work and a Monday–Friday schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, ecommerce, admin, or related field or a 2-year diploma in Business Administration.
• Confident telephone presence and professional communication in English.
• Strong detail orientation, organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently onsite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Process orders accurately across multiple channels and track status.
• Maintain ecommerce listings and basic product information.
• Support admin tasks and internal reporting; identify process improvements.
