Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead in-house crews and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish. You will oversee daily site operations, review scopes, organize materials, and manage schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety standards.

Collaborate with Project Managers and Construction Managers, provide on-site leadership, train staff, and resolve challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction or restoration experience with proven supervisory success.
• Diploma, trade certification, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret scopes, drawings, and specifications.
• Skilled communicator with strong leadership and organization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile applications.
• IICRC certifications an asset.
• Valid Drivers license and clean driving abstract.
• Ability to complete work activities which may include physical labour, material handling and lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces.
