Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live at one of our Cornwall properties. This on-site role requires you to work four weekdays, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Bilingual English/French (Quebec)

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents in a friendly, professional manner
• Organize resident events and manage notices and renewals
• Oversee daily cleanings of common areas and move-in units
• Assist residents with maintenance requests and track progress
• Support supervisor with HVAC monitoring and minor repairs
