Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at a Cornwall, ON property. You will join a two-person team, share an apartment, and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings.

You will handle tenant relations, show and lease suites, perform light maintenance, and coordinate cleaning of common areas while delivering friendly, responsive customer service to residents and prospective tenants.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience.
• Minor maintenance skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and sell suites to prospective tenants.
• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Minor maintenance repairs.
• Preparing apartments for new residents.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assisting with leasing suites.
• Responding to on-call requests.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
