Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to join a 2-person live-in team at a Cornwall, ON property. You will live on-site in an apartment, share duties with a partner, work four weekdays, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings.

You will handle leasing tasks, customer service, and basic maintenance while ensuring rents are collected on time, preparing suites for new residents, and maintaining common areas.

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Cleaning experience
• Minor maintenance skills

• Ability to perform in a team environment

Responsibilities
