Job summary

You will review product details, descriptions and images and ensure accuracy before publishing, while handling routine customer inquiries and coordinating photoshoots.

Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, you will support the Bookstore E-Commerce team with listings, order-related queries, and seasonal collection updates as part of a busy academic environment

Qualifications

• Moderately complex clerical and typing tasks.
• Experience publishing product listings online.
• Ability to coordinate photoshoots.
• Respond to routine customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and publish new product listings online following guidelines.
• Answer routine customer inquiries about orders, shipping and returns.
• Maintain and update product listings and related records.
• Coordinate photoshoot logistics and status tracking.
• Assist with seasonal and promotional collection updates.
• Assist with general office duties and document management.
