The University of British Columbia’s Bookstore E‑Commerce team seeks an E‑Commerce Coordinator to publish and refine product listings, review descriptions and images, and respond to routine customer inquiries in line with established guidelines.

You will coordinate photoshoots, manage data accuracy, and support listings from procurement to publishing, while working under the E‑Commerce Manager and within a collaborative, service‑oriented team environment.

Formación

• High school diploma with basic office procedures training and 2+ years related experience.
• Demonstrates commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
• Ability to work respectfully with diverse groups and perspectives.

Responsabilidades

• Publish and update product listings on the UBC Bookstore website.
• Review product descriptions and images for accuracy before publishing.
• Respond to routine customer enquiries using established guidelines.
• Coordinate photoshoots and track product status throughout workflow.
