Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group's Corporate Traveller division in Montreal, Canada, is seeking an Onboarding Success Manager. You will guide client onboarding journeys, drive adoption of Melon and related solutions, and work with Sales and operations to deliver successful launches.

The role requires project management, client relationship skills, and training delivery, with Concur onboarding experience a plus. Fluent French/English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in client onboarding, implementations, or project management.
• Customer-facing experience is essential.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Wrike, Vidyard, and Microsoft Suite.
• Degree qualification preferred; bilingual French/English desired.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to determine onboarding and implementation approaches.
• Lead onboarding projects from contract to go-live.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders for retention.
• Deliver customised training to boost engagement and adoption.
• Serve as onboarding contact and trusted advisor.
• Coordinate with Sales and operations on client requirements.
