Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Temporary Allocations & Voids Administrator to support a brand-new 92-unit housing development in Sutton. This on-site role focuses on handover processes, coordinating with Allocations Officers, and ensuring smooth entry of new residents while maintaining voids management standards.

You will handle resident queries, prepare tenancy packs, manage NEC housing records, and help turn around void properties at a steady pace, averaging around 10 lets per week.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience in social housing, local authority, lettings or voids management.
• Experience supporting high-volume, fast-paced operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for residents regarding the key-to-key process.
• Provide on-site support during move-in days.
• Assist residents with queries, ensuring a positive experience.
• Prepare viewing and tenancy sign-up packs.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for prospective tenants.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and prepared in advance.
• Maintain voids tracking spreadsheet with nomination and letting dates.
• Manage workflow tasks and administrative trackers.
• Upload and maintain records on the NEC housing management system.
• Collate compliance certificates and ensure records are complete.
• Manage key handovers and returns.
• Support general compliance and audit requirements.
