45Drives Ltd. in Sydney, NS is seeking a Service Project Coordinator to bring Sales, Service and Customer teams together. You will coordinate project activities, manage timelines, documentation, and risk, and help deploy multi-site customer deployments.

This on-site, full-time role offers room to grow into project leadership through mentorship, with occasional travel and a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and process-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience coordinating projects, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in a professional setting.
• Customer-facing, technical, or service/project work experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between Sales, Service, and Customer project teams to align scope and timelines.
• Capture detailed meeting notes and convert discussions into clear action items.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource requirements with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with planning logistics for customer deployments, including multi-site efforts.
• Monitor milestones, material orders, and task completion to stay on track.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
