Job summary

Greenwin Corp. in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a Superintendent to oversee daily residential operations and maintain building integrity. You will provide exemplary customer service to residents, prospects, and visitors while managing leasing processes and on-site coordination with contractors.

The role requires 2–5 years in building maintenance or property management, a diploma, and strong communication. Salary ranges between $68,000 and $70,000 per year with on-site work and a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years in building maintenance, property management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of resident rights, building codes, and environmental regulations.
• Familiarity with fire safety plans and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for residents, responding promptly to inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate the leasing process, including answering leasing inquiries, conducting in-suite showings, completing lease applications, and ensuring all leases adhere to internal policies.
• Act as the on-site liaison for contractors and vendors, maintaining positive relations and ensuring timely access to the property for required services.
• Deliver legal documentation related to rent collection and landlord-resident disputes as instructed by management.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and escalate any unresolved issues to the Property Manager.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies as per the building schedule, providing immediate support when needed.
• Ensure all resident issues are addressed professionally, escalating exceptional service complaints or unresolved concerns to management.
• Address resident parking concerns and investigate daily heating complaints following internal protocols.
