Job summary

Cleantech is seeking an On-Site Project Coordinator for a residential building in Richmond. You will serve as a liaison between trades and residents, deliver excellent customer service, and help manage building services, maintenance activities, and access schedules.

You will coordinate daily access for trades, maintain the building calendar, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth communication with residents and trades. This contract role runs September to February with a 9-5 schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in client service.
• Experience as Concierge, Receptionist, or Building Manager is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, email, and scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Handle a high volume of phone calls and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Coordinate and provide daily access for trades to the units.
• Communicate effectively with residents and trades via email.
• Create and organize the calendar of building visitors and maintenance schedules.
• Escort trades during unit visits (approximately 20-40 units per day).
