Job summary

Puppy Sphere in Winnipeg is seeking an Event Facilitator to help bring our puppy yoga experiences to life, from setup through breakdown, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for guests and pups.

This on-site, part-time role requires weekend availability plus extra weekday shifts; you’ll work with our growing team to deliver high-quality wellness events, maintain cleanliness, and support a joyful community vibe.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service or hospitality industry.
• Availability to work weekends (at least one day per week).
• Availability for a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
• Bonus: weekday availability is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Set up the studio and puppy area at the start of each shift and ensure a clean, welcoming space.
• Care for puppies during the day, including cleaning and providing water/food.
• Welcome and check in guests, delivering a warm arrival experience.
• Monitor puppy wellbeing and guide guests on handling for safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the studio and puppy area.
• Support smooth transitions between classes and assist with event execution.
