Job summary

Premium Retail Services (Canada), Inc. is seeking Pet Ambassadors for a one-off in-store event on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The total role is 9 hours, including 3 hours of training, 1 hour of a pre-event team call, and 5 hours in-store on the event day.

There is also an opportunity to win an extra $200 through a photo contest, with 20 winners selected. This role offers a friendly pet-focused environment and ongoing training/certification to ensure your success.

Qualifications

Be a pet enthusiast who cares about pets, pet health, and pet nutrition.
Access to reliable transportation to get to and from multiple stores in your area.
Experience working with pets is preferred, not required.
RVT, AHT, BSc, or MSc in the pet field is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Tidy and face client's products on shelves and set up authorized POS material to help pet parents find what they need.
Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge including benefits and promotions to help increase recommendations and sales.
Build brand awareness and affinity by engaging with pet parents and their pets in-store and at events.
Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations.
