Job summary

Premium Retail Services in Canada is seeking a Pet Ambassador for a one-off in-store event on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The role covers 9 hours—3 hours of training, 1 hour of pre-event team call, and 5 hours working in-store with pet parents.

You will represent a major pet brand, engage with customers and their pets, and share product knowledge to boost awareness and sales. Training and certification are provided by Premium to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Pet experience preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Tidy and face client’s products on shelves and ensure POS material is set up to help pet parents find what they need.
• Build and maintain relationships with store associates, store management, and pet parents.
• Provide store associates with pet health, nutrition, and product knowledge to increase recommendations and sales.
• Build brand awareness and affinity by engaging with pet parents and their pets in-store and at events.
• Delight customers by sharing pet health and nutrition information and making personalized product recommendations.
• Set up demos/displays as required.
• Maintain client materials to engage associates and pet parents.
• Support recommendations driving special projects as required.
