Job summary

SingleTrack Studio in Calgary, Alberta is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate studio projects from planning through delivery, working with designers, developers, builders and commercial clients.

You will manage timelines, quotations, product coordination, logistics and client communications, while supporting multiple active projects and contributing to growth in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Background in project management, construction, interior design, procurement, architecture or related fields.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate studio projects from planning through delivery and execution.
• Manage timelines, procurement schedules, and internal tracking.
• Organize quotations, specifications, samples, pricing updates and approvals.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics partners, and clients throughout execution.
• Maintain organized project documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Identify and resolve project issues proactively.
