Job summary

Industra Construction Corp. seeks a Field Project Coordinator to join our Terrace site team.

This on-site, full-time role reports to the Project Manager and collaborates daily with the Superintendent and Foremen to keep the project on schedule and within budget. We offer opportunities for progression into Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager roles, supported by mentorship and a personal development plan.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (EIT asset).
• 2+ years in a Project Coordinator or Field Engineer role; co-op terms considered.
• Procore, Bluebeam or Microsoft Project experience is an asset.
• Strong communication, technical and on-site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support site safety activities including COR program, orientations and incident reporting.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies and resolve issues with project team and designers.
• Act as site supervisor in absence of Superintendent/Foreman, directing labour safely.
• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals and change documents; maintain Procore project documents.
• Track daily production, labour, equipment and materials; prepare daily reports.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance; help update look‑ahead schedules.
• Maintain field documentation: daily diaries, site photos, weather and delay records.
• Validate quantities for progress billing and support monthly reporting.
• Coordinate environmental compliance and permit conditions for Skeena watershed work.
• Support procurement, take-offs, purchases, deliveries and local permits.
• Assist with project close‑out including as-builts and O&M manuals.
• Engage with Kitsumkalum Band commitments on Indigenous hiring and procurement.
