WSP is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer (Municipal & Land Development) to join our Infrastructure team in Terrace, BC. You will design and manage municipal infrastructure projects, from water and wastewater to roads, supporting resilient communities in the northwest. You should have a BC-registered P.Eng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of progressive municipal infrastructure experience.
• Registered P.Eng. in British Columbia or eligible for registration.
• Experience in construction contract documents and contract administration.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver civil engineering solutions for water, wastewater, stormwater, and roads.
• Lead design of watermains, sewers, pump stations, and related works.
• Manage projects from concept through construction with schedules and budgets.
• Conduct construction services including field reviews and progress reporting.
• Prepare proposals and technical reports communicating engineering intent.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to deliver outcomes.
• Build relationships with public-sector clients and local partners.
