Job summary

Industra Construction Corp is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead complex water/wastewater, heavy civil, industrial and infrastructure projects across Canada. We prefer candidates based in Surrey, Kelowna, or Mississauga, with Edmonton-based remote consideration as the office is established.

The role requires ownership of schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, client relationships and site coordination to deliver successfully.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction PM experience.
• Experience delivering civil, industrial, infrastructure projects preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Construction Management or engineering is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules and milestones.
• Oversee coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Manage documentation: RFIs, submittals, change orders, PO's, meeting minutes.
• Lead procurement and subcontractor selection; negotiate agreements.
• Monitor budgets, cost tracking, and monthly reporting.
