Job summary

SMS Equipment Inc. is seeking a Parts Supervisor in Wabush, NL to lead daily parts operations from the on-site location. You will manage the warehouse, oversee order desks, and drive safe, efficient operations aligned with business goals.

Salary ranges are $115,000–$120,000 with a bonus, on-site schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30 am–4 pm. You will mentor a high-performing team, collaborate with branch leadership and cross-functional teams, and focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Experience in parts or supply chain operations
Supervisory experience in parts, warehouse, or supply chain operations
Comfort with computer systems to support parts, inventory, reporting

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily parts operations, including order desk and warehouse functions
Partner with branch leadership to ensure efficient and profitable operations
Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and cost control initiatives
Coordinate with service, sales, and logistics teams to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Oversee parts ordering, expedite customer and vendor orders, and communicate delivery timelines effectively
Support inventory processes including stock monitoring, purchasing recommendations, and component exchange programs
Lead, coach, and develop parts and warehouse personnel, including training and performance management
Monitor KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement process enhancements
